For those patients who are not in need of a full abdominoplasty, a partial abdominoplasty may be helpful for addressing loose muscle tissue, drooping skin, and more in the lower abdominal area.
During the partial abdominoplasty, excess skin and fatty tissue are removed, and the tissues of the abdominal muscles are tightened with internal sutures. Once the area has been recontoured, the remaining skin is redraped. The surgeon will use medical sutures to stitch down the skin and seal the incision.
After your healing process, you’ll be able to show off a lower abdomen that looks fit and fantastic. Want to find out more? Contact our office and set up a consultation.
